Quatrain of Regrets
Regrets - when good judgment fails
In spite of all my transgressions
crawling over my
skin,
In spite of all my misgivings, I
love you today as I did
then.
In spite of the old age, that has
graced my body and my
mind,
I wish for forgiveness, from all
the pain, I shamelessly
assigned.
