Quatrain of See Thyself
See Thyself - hard to look at oneself
Let us not call an Indian,
an Indian, he
may be
offended.
Let us not call a Black,
a Black, his life
may be
suspended.
Let us not call a White,
a White, for he may
be pricked
hard,
Let us not face ourselves,
our souls may
be forever
charred.
