private,

You cannot hide your feelings
without revealing, if you're
lying or if you're a honest
fit.

Naked brain wrangling is a
liberating experience and
it can make you feel
empowered,

But it exposes your meditative
wanderings and leaves you
open to being mentally
devoured.
