Quatrain of Wings of Life
Wings of Life - feathers of God
I put my wings out, in a graceful
manner, sailing ever so
gentle.
I was scouting for a thought to
devour, without being
judgmental.
But as the thermals began to
cool and my soul began to
sink,
I had to flap my wings of life
and force myself to
think.
