Social Rot - where it starts

Society absolutely rots from
the top down, akin
to a very large
fish,

When the leaders of a country
are corrupt, everyone
else is a side
dish,

A table of reverence cannot be
set if rulers of our gathering
are sold and
boughten,

Nothing can be done when dinner
is served and our social
meal is truly
rotten.
