Soul Debt - I have paid

Dear Lord, I have paid my debts
of the soul, many times
over, take the Devil
off my
shoulder,

How long must I continue to live
in moral pain and pay high
interest along the
way, as I get
older?

Let us come to an agreement,
I will be good until the end,
if You massage my
spirit once
more,

I admit, I was rotten when young,
but with sinful torment I have
