Quatrain of Soul Feeding

Must eat

The soul must be fed like the
body, three times a day,
not one sole
in-between
snack.

If you do not give the soul
nourishment, it can't give
you required spiritual
learning
back.

I you do not receive the life
of the soul and its thunder,
you will become
flaccid and
stale.

Once the body becomes ill-fed
the soul has nothing to eat
and neither will
possibly
prevail.
