Soul-Stained - spiritual redemption

I was garbed in soul-stained
clothing immaculately
stitched from holy
thread.

I was on my way to heaven to
meet my Maker, even
though my body was
dead.

Covering my life that's over
will keep me warm as I
head out in the right
direction,

It's the last trip I shall take,
it is why I am wearing my
Sunday Suit of
perfection.
