Special Find - you are born that way

I was born a man, healthy and
strong, but believed in my
soul I should be better
looking,

You were born a man but believed
you should be a woman, we
have the same problem
cooking.

Plastic surgery cured my ugliness,
gender change cured your desires
deep within a troubled
mind,

Now we both have what we want in
life, except neither one of us
are what we should be -
born as a special
find.
