Quatrain of Spiritual Toes

Spiritual Toes - my feet

I looked Down to see
my toes moving
from front to
back,

I wanted to be certain
my life was moving
forward, on
track.

Low and behold, my
soul was not coming
along for the
ride,

It was then I learned my
soul does not follow
my feet, my spirit
decides the
stride.
