Spiritual Writing - nothing tops such
a feat

What have you done while alive,
have you saved a life
or helped the
old?

Have you learned how to fight
disease or kept the
soul from being
sold?

Have you fed the hungry, cared
for the ill, taken a lost
soul all the way
home?

These are all marvelous triumphs,
but they pale compared
to composing a
poem.
