Standing Alone, sometimes it is necessary

I stood by my side when no one
else would, I thought it
extraordinarily
shrewd,

I was misinformed about thoughts
postulated, big mistake, now
my faith must be
renewed.

I need be careful what I believe,
it is easy to be blinded by
the Devil's damaging
views,

I pray I can stand on the right
side of God, and not myself,
my faith must not
allow me to
lose.
