Missouri (1821)

Beware! I wandered the Ozarks
with great appeal in search
of the golden
goose,

What I found was a heaven-like
feeling warming my heart
from engine to
caboose.

The tracks of prosperity laid
on Missouri riches enabled
the settler to become
free,

And the goods that are shipped
from the working class are
the best they can possibly
be.
