Bad move
Thy tempted mind, sailing
away from forgiveness
as if to avoid
God's
grasp,
If only the soul had listened
to itself, it wouldn't
be heading into
the devil's
clasp.
There will be no next time nor
any lingering redemption
coming up
for a
vote,
Once temptation grabs hold,
sailing does not happen
when you
miss the
boat.
