There are no rules that govern this
notion, no way to measure
what is meant,
tis fiscal
autonomy.

Reality tends to hold the opposite
truth, the economy is controlled
by the little people with
a dollar or
two,

It is a myth to think the world
is run by a couple of folks,
when in fact it is run by
spenders like me and
you.
