Quatrain of The Doorway
The Doorway - couldn't get through
I stood in life's doorway,
waiting patiently to
enter, for I was an
outsider,
What I found was a request,
I had to prove I would
be a true self
provider.
Life doesn't need another
down trodden hobo, it's
looking for common
sense,
I am only allowed through the
doorway as long as it is
not at life's
expense.
