No end

The world is not set to end
soon, it is set to wreak
misery for a long
time,

If it was a place of paradise,
perhaps we could
expect an end
divine.

No need to worry about the
prophecies of doom,
man is here to
stay,

Years from now we will still
be fighting, the opposite
prognosis is
hearsay,
