True Compassion - what it means

If you have authentic compassion
in your heart, you will not
feed fishes to the
poor,

If you wish to help others, you
will teach them how to throw
fish lines from the
shore.

If you have compassion in your
soul, you will not help others
overcome any moral
defect,

If you wish to help others, you
will teach them righteousness,
to improve their self
respect.
