Twice As Fast - maybe

I see life from the perspective
of a man twice my age,
see it indubitably
clear,

When I was younger I was
not pleased with what I
knew, often I shed a
tear,

Had I known this when I was
a child, I would have stayed
ignorant; never grown
old.

If there is magic to aging, it's
that the spirit grows twice
as fast as I was
told.
