Quatrain of Under A Rock
I am protected
I crawled under a rock, my igneous
nature pushing the
essence of
desperation.
I knew I was a failure but never
dreamt I would continue
on a path of
damnation.
Without a rock of solid redemption,
I would be left out in the
cold to shiver and
die,
I need to traverse over rocks of prayer
and follow the hardened
sanity I find in my
mind's eye.
