Long ago
When I left home I thought I
would conquer the
world with
ease,
My plan was to be smart, be
bold, don't panic
or mentally
freeze,
But I wasn't prepared to deal
with grownups, their
childish ways
appalling,
I am still attempting to reach
topmost standing but
adults keep me
bawling.
