Wisdom Enshrined - one sided

With all the wisdom enshrined in
technological wonders,what
renders the current
culture so
obtuse?

So much thought put into improving
our lives, yet, so little put
into the knowledge
we often
disabuse.

And as our skills transform the world,
our moral sophistication
continues to slide in a
downward
motion,

In the end we will wind up living in a
technological wonder but our
freedoms will be doused
with an evil
potion.
