Quatrain of With Wings
With Wings - it is how I am
I was born with wings, but I
couldn't fly, my loving Mom
called me an angel
baby,
And as I grew I began flapping
my airfoils, I thought my soul
would soar, just
maybe.
I developed moral muscles, oh,
so taut, I was determined
to sail with the God of
Might,
But the Devil has kept me on the
ground, and to this day,
only my thoughts take
flight.
